Winner winner chicken-dinner
Delicious side dish which goes perfectly with the Chipeño sauce? Homemade corn flakes chicken nuggets!
Ingredients per person:
200g chicken breast
2 egg yolks
200g corn flakes, unsweetened
1 Zip bag, keep-fresh bag
Recipe:
1. heat oven to 180° C - 200° C with convection.
2. fill the bag with cornflakes
3. try to get as much air out of the bag as possible and wear it out
4. crush the corn flakes
5. put the corn flakes in a bowl
6. cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
7. put each piece in the egg yolk one by one.
8. coat the pieces with the corn flakes.
9. spread the pieces on a baking tray
10. bake the nuggets for about 13 - 16 minutes until golden brown
11. dip your corn flakes nuggets in plenty of chipeño 😃
